(A) If the City Attorney or Housing Committee and a person accused of violation of this chapter shall reach agreement and execute a conciliation agreement, and the person shall then violate any terms and conditions of the conciliation agreement, it shall be as if the agreement had never been executed.

(B) In that event, the City Attorney shall file criminal charges as are proper under this chapter and further shall take other civil or criminal action as may be permitted under the Arizona Revised Statutes. (Ord. 85 § 8, passed 6-27-1990. Code 2012 § 96.07.)
