(A) To make rules and regulations which promote the administration of and compliance with the provisions of this chapter. These rules and regulations become effective upon their approval by the City Council; and

(B) The City Attorney is empowered to take all necessary action in the appropriate court to secure the production of all records, documents or other evidence necessary to assist the Housing Committee in carrying out the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 85 § 7, passed 6-27-1990. Code 2012 § 96.06.)
