The Council shall hold regular meetings on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. If the day fixed for a regular meeting of the Council falls upon a day designated by law as a legal holiday, then the Mayor (or the Vice Mayor in the Mayor’s absence) shall set a date for the meeting that is not a legal holiday. All regular meetings of the Council shall be held in Council Chambers at City Hall.
