Each candidate for the office of Mayor or Councilperson shall file a financial disclosure statement on a form prescribed by the Clerk when the candidate files a nomination paper. The statement shall contain information as required by resolution of the Council. (Code 1982 § 2-3-5. Code 2012 § 30.044.)
