(A) Any person who violates any part of SLCC 9.75.010 through 9.75.050 is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor unless another classification is prescribed.

(B) Any person who violates SLCC 9.75.030(A), (C) or (D) is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.

(C) Any person who violates SLCC 9.75.030(E) who is charged with violating A.R.S. § 28-1321 shall be punished as provided therein, and not otherwise. (Ord. 166 § 1, passed 5-10-2000. Code 1982 § 9-1-7(F). Code 2012 § 92.99.)
