(A) It is unlawful for a minor person under the age of 18 years to be permitted, caused or allowed to be upon the public streets or in any public place in the City between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

(B) It is unlawful for a parent, guardian or other person having legal care or custody of a minor to allow or permit the minor to go or be in or upon any of the sidewalks, streets, alleys or public places in the City within the times provided in subsection (A) of this section.

(C) The provisions of this section shall not apply when the minors are accompanied by a parent or guardian having care or custody of the minor.

(D) Any person violating this section is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable as a Class 3 misdemeanor as provided for by the statutes or laws of the State of Arizona. (Ord. 8 § 1, passed 5-22-1980. Code 1982 § 9-1-1. Code 2012 §§ 92.01, 92.02, 92.03.)
