It is unlawful for any person, except in an established lavatory or toilet, to urinate or defecate upon any public street, by-way, highway, or other roadway, alley, sidewalk, crosswalk, park or other public grounds or in any place which is visible or readily accessible from a public thoroughfare or public conveyance, or upon the floor or interior of any bus or other public conveyance, or in or on any public place or private property, or in a location that is or may be visible to other persons.
