(A) Any person or entity violating any provision of SLCC 9.20.010 or 9.20.030 shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor punishable pursuant to SLCC 1.05.990.

(B) Any person violating any provision of SLCC 9.20.020 shall be responsible for a civil violation punishable pursuant to SLCC 1.05.990.

(C) Each day during which any violation of this chapter is committed, continued or permitted shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 322 § 1, passed 4-10-2013. Code 2012 § 132.04.)
