For the purpose of the provisions regulating portable toilets the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning:

BUILDING OFFICIAL. The same as Building Official as defined in SLCC 18.05.130.

NONRESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT. All the zoning districts not designated as residential under SLCC 18.20.020.

PORTABLE TOILET. A portable enclosure containing a self-contained toilet.

TRANSPORTATION FOR AGRICULTURAL WORKERS. Any means of collective transportation for agricultural workers as directed by an agricultural employer, an agricultural labor contractor, or similar entity. This includes but is not limited to buses and vans. (Ord. 343 § 1, passed 11-10-2015. Code 2012 § 91.50.)
