8.10.990 Penalty.

Upon conviction for violation of SLCC 8.10.010, the sentence to be imposed shall be a fine of not more than $500.00 or imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or both. (Ord. 15 § 4, passed 2-11-1981. Code 2012 § 91.99(B).)
