It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or harbor within the City any animal or fowl which excessively barks, howls, roars, crows, or makes other noises by day or night and disturbs the peace of any person or family. (Ord. 337 § 1, passed 5-27-2015. Code 2012 § 95.02.)
