A video service provider shall file all reports required by and in compliance with A.R.S. § 9-1432. The reports shall be filed with the City Clerk. All such reports shall be confidential unless the video service provider has consented in writing to the disclosure. (Ord. 428 § 1, passed 8-24-2022.)
