5.25.020 Definitions.
This section is included in your selections.
The definitions set forth in A.R.S. § 9-1401 (as may be amended from time to time) shall apply to this chapter.
The definitions set forth in SLCC 1.05.030 shall apply to this chapter unless:
(A) In conflict with A.R.S. § 9-1401 in which case A.R.S. § 9-1401 applies; or
(B) The context of this chapter clearly has another meaning. (Ord. 428 § 1, passed 8-24-2022.)
