A person who operates or causes to be operated a sexually operated business without a valid license or in violation of SLCC 5.20.120 is subject to a suit for injunction as well as prosecution for criminal violations. These violations shall be punishable as a Class 1 misdemeanor pursuant to SLCC 1.05.990. Each day a sexually oriented business operates is a separate offense or violation.
