(A) For the purpose of ensuring compliance with this chapter, an applicant operator or licensee shall permit law enforcement officers and any other federal, state, county or City agency in the performance of any function connected with the enforcement of this chapter, normally and regularly conducted by the agencies, to inspect, at any time the business is occupied or open for business, those portions of the premises of a sexually oriented business which patrons or customers are permitted to occupy.

(B) The provisions of this section do not apply to areas of an adult motel which are currently being rented by a customer for use as a permanent or temporary habitation. (Ord. 289 § 1, passed 12-8-2010; Res. 908 § 1, passed 12-8-2010. Code 1982 § 7-4-07. Code 2012 § 113.07.)
