(A) An application for a BOP license shall be made on forms furnished by the City.

(B) 

(1) Any nonprofit entity which has tax-exempt status under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3), as certified by the Internal Revenue Service, and which is not exempt from obtaining a BOP license under SLCC 5.05.020(B), is required to obtain a BOP license. Upon the nonprofit entity submitting a copy of its tax-exempt certification with its BOP license application, the nonprofit entity shall not be charged a license fee.

(2) A nonprofit medical marijuana dispensary or a medical marijuana dispensary off-site cultivation location shall be charged a BOP license fee. (Ord. 229 § 1, passed 5-11-2005; Ord. 339 § 1, passed 8-26-2015; Ord. 413 § 2, passed 2-24-2021. Code 1982 § 7-3-3. Code 2012 § 110.03.)
