Any ambulance service operating a ground ambulance service in the municipal limits of the City shall inform the governmental agency, whether the Police or Fire Department of the City, or any other county, state or federal agency, dispatching a ground ambulance service of the location of the ground ambulance vehicle that will be responding to the call for EMS or transport at the time of the direction to respond to the call.
