Communication towers and antennas designed and used specifically for public safety purposes shall be reviewed by the Zoning Administrator and are exempt from the conditional use permit process. Communication towers and antennas approved for public safety purposes and which are also utilized by commercial communication companies shall be considered commercial communication towers and are subject to approval of a conditional use permit.
