Those certain documents known as “Public Works Standards for Yuma County Volume 3” as adopted by Yuma County on August 21, 2006, “Construction Standard Detail Drawings, February 2009 of the City of Yuma,” “Uniform Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction as sponsored and distributed by the Maricopa Association of Governments 2015 Edition” and “City of San Luis Supplement to the 2015 MAG Uniform Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction and to the City of Yuma Construction Standard Detail Drawings,” three copies of which are on file in the Office of the City Clerk, of the City of San Luis, Arizona, said documents having been made a public record by Resolution No. 1166 of the City of San Luis, Arizona, are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof as the Public Works Standards of the City of San Luis as though fully set forth again in full.
