15.20.180 Termination.
This section is included in your selections.
All permits granted hereunder are subject to termination by the Department if:
(A) The permittee fails to comply with the requirements of the permit or this chapter or any other rule or regulation validly adopted by the City Council applicable to the permit granted hereunder; or
(B) The permittee fails to pay when due any fee as required by the permit. (Res. 597 § 1 (11-3-2.12), passed 4-13-2005.)
