(A) Except as provided in subsection (B) of this section, violations of this chapter or any code, part of code, or amendments thereto, shall be punished as a civil violation pursuant to SLCC 1.05.990. Each day a violation continues shall be a separate offense punishable as hereinabove described.

(B) Violations of the fire code, and any amendments thereto, as adopted pursuant to SLCC 15.10.100 shall be punished as a class one misdemeanor pursuant to SLCC 1.05.990.
