The administrative authority and enforcement of the codes as adopted and amended by provisions of this title (except the Fire Code) as such codes may be referenced in any section of this title for all matters pertaining to any construction, building, plumbing, mechanical, electrical or other permitting or inspections shall be vested in the Building Safety Division of the City of San Luis. The Building Official shall be such person or persons as may be designated by the City Manager. The City Manager may designate such inspectors as needed to perform inspection work or other functions that may be required by this title.
