Whenever reference is made to “Board of Appeals” or other similar designation in any of the ordinances or codes of the City as adopted by this title, the reference shall mean the Board of Appeals created in this chapter. (Ord. 284 § 1, passed 5-12-2010. Code 1982 § 6-1-17. Code 2012 § 150.086.)
