It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to violate, or cause the violation of, any provision of this chapter. Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of the requirements of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor, punishable pursuant to SLCC 1.05.990. With respect to violations of this chapter that are continuous with respect to time, each day the violation continues is a separate offense.
