It is unlawful for any person to haul, or cause to be hauled, any solid waste on or along any public street, avenue or alley in the City in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 376 § 1(Exh. A), passed 1-24-2018. Code 2012 § 50.35.)
