The position of Transit Enforcement Officer is hereby created. The City Administrator is authorized to designate or appoint such Transit Enforcement Officers as may be necessary to meet the needs of parking enforcement within the City. (Ord. 309 § 6, passed 10-26-2011. Code 2012 § 72.11.)
