Save and except the ordinances listed in SLCC 1.01.020, in the event of a conflict between the provisions of the Code of Ordinances made a public record by Resolution No. 2175, and any other ordinance, code, resolution, regulation, or policy of the City of San Luis, the conflicting provisions are hereby repealed, superseded and replaced.
