Article IV. Penalty

(A) General. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of SLCC 1.05.990.

(B) Alcoholic Beverages. Upon conviction for violation of SLCC 7.05.210, 7.05.220, 7.05.230 or 7.05.240, the sentence to be imposed shall be a fine of not more than $500.00 or imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

(C) Tobacco Products. A person who violates SLCC 7.05.325 is responsible for a civil offense punishable under SLCC 1.05.990. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

(D) City Trees. Any person, firm or corporation violating SLCC 7.15.010 through 7.15.080 shall be subject to the misdemeanor penalty provisions of SLCC 1.05.990 for each offense.
